Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to join a team at multiple job sites. No prior experience or degree is required as comprehensive training and support are provided.

You will set up cones, signs and barricades, guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, follow safety protocols, and work outdoors in all weather, including night or weekend shifts. Training is paid, with opportunities for promotion.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Lift 40–50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic and variable weather.
• Flexibility and punctuality.
• Pass pre-hire screening, including drug tests.
• Alertness around moving traffic and respectful conduct.

Compensation and Benefits include hourly pay ($19.50–$20.25), overtime, paid training, and opportunities for promotion to senior or supervisory roles. Benefits may include paid time off, holidays, sick leave, health insurance, 401(k), and referral bonuses.
