Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to join our field team across multiple sites. You will set up cones, signs and barricades, guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, and enforce safety protocols.

No experience required; paid training provided. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, work outdoors in all weather, and pass a drug test.

The role offers flexibility for shifts, overtime, and opportunities to advance to Lead Protector or Field Supervisor.

Qualifications

Your responsibilities include setting up cones, signs, and barricades, guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles, and maintaining safety protocols.

You will communicate effectively with your team, keep equipment clean, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Flexibility for shifts, including nights, weekends, or emergency work, is essential.

You must be able to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

A valid driver’s license, the ability to work outdoors, and passing a drug test are required.
