Coastal Elite Pro in Lansdale, PA is seeking a Traffic Safety Technician to join a field team dedicated to protecting road users. You will set up and dismantle traffic control devices, guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, and participate in safety training to ensure procedures are followed.

We provide paid training, overtime opportunities, and potential for advancement to lead roles. A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, may be required, with long periods of standing outdoors.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40–50 pounds.
• Willingness to work outdoors in traffic and varying weather.
• Must pass pre-hire drug test and screening.

Role Overview

The position involves working with a team at job sites to ensure traffic safety by setting up cones, signs, and barricades, and guiding traffic using stop/slow paddles. Safety is a top priority, with comprehensive training provided to follow all safety protocols. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment and vehicles, communicating effectively with team members, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Flexibility for shifts, including nights and weekends, may be required, with long periods of standing or walking.

Additional Information

Compensation ranges from $17.23 to $18.07 per hour, with overtime opportunities and pay raises within the first year. Paid training and certification are provided.
