Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Protector to manage traffic safety at diverse job sites. You will set up cones, signs, and barricades and guide vehicles using stop/slow paddles. No experience is required as comprehensive training is provided to ensure safety and compliance.

You will work outdoors in varying weather, communicate with crew and supervisors, and contribute to site safety while supporting overtime and advancement opportunities within the team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Stand, walk, and lift 40–50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic and changing weather.
• Flexible schedule and punctuality.
• Pass pre-hire screening including drug tests.
• Alertness around moving traffic and respectful conduct.

Compensation And Benefits

• Hourly pay between $17.23 and $18.07, with overtime and pay increases
• Paid training and traffic safety certification
