Coastal Elite Pro in Florida is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to help set up cones, signs, and barricades and guide traffic with stop/slow paddles. The role emphasizes safety and teamwork across outdoor work environments.

No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided. You will follow safety rules, communicate with crew and supervisors, and keep vehicles and equipment safe and clean. This entry-level position offers training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Capability to lift 40–50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic, with flexibility for shifts that may include nights, weekends, or emergency hours.
• Must pass pre-hire screening, including drug tests.
• Alertness around moving traffic and respectful interaction with coworkers and the public.
