Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to help keep on-site operations safe. You will set up cones, signs and barricades, guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, and enforce safety protocols while collaborating with the crew.

No experience or degree is required as comprehensive training and support is provided. You’ll be trained in traffic control, safety rules, and equipment maintenance, with opportunities for advancement to lead protector or supervisor roles.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand, walk and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Lift 40-50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic and various weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule and punctuality.
• Pass pre-hire screening, including drug tests.
• Stay alert around moving traffic and adhere to safety rules.
• Respectful conduct towards coworkers, clients, and the public.
