Coastal Elite Pro is seeking Traffic Safety Protectors to join a mobile team across diverse job sites. No prior experience required; paid training and traffic safety certification provided.

You will set up and take down cones, manage traffic with stop/slow paddles, and maintain equipment outdoors in all weather. The role offers competitive hourly pay, overtime, PTO, and opportunities for advancement to senior or supervisory roles.

Role Overview

As a Traffic Safety Protector, you will work with a team at various job sites to ensure safety and traffic control. No prior experience or degree is required, as training and support are provided.

Your Key Responsibilities Include

• Using stop/slow paddles to guide traffic and monitor site activity
• Adhering to all safety protocols learned during training
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
• Maintaining vehicles and equipment in a clean and safe condition
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions, with shifts possibly changing based on needs
• Standing or walking up to 12 hours per shift

Qualifications Include

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to stand, walk, lift 40–50 pounds, and work outside
• Willingness to work in traffic and varying weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude
• Pass pre-hire screening, including drug tests
