Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to help manage traffic at various job sites. No prior experience or degree is required, as comprehensive training is provided to get you certified and productive.

You will set up traffic control devices, guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, and follow safety protocols learned during training. Shifts may include nights, weekends, or emergencies, outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to stand, walk for 8–12 hours per shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Flexibility and punctuality essential; ability to pass drug screenings.

Qualifications Include

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay range of $17–$17.75, with overtime opportunities.
