Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to join our team across multiple job sites in Massillon, OH. No prior experience or degree is required as comprehensive training is provided to get you started. You will help set up traffic controls, direct vehicles with stop/slow paddles, and support overall site safety.

You will work outdoors year-round, including nights, weekends, or emergency shifts. Expect to stand or walk 8–12 hours per shift and wear steel-toe boots.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 40-50 pounds.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Role Overview
As a Traffic Safety Protector, you will work with a team at various job sites to ensure safety and traffic control. No prior experience or degree is required as comprehensive training is provided. Your main responsibilities include

• setting up and taking down cones, signs, and barricades
• using stop/slow paddles to direct traffic
• monitoring site activity and adhering to safety protocols
• communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
• maintaining cleanliness and safety of vehicles and equipment. You will work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions, and shifts may include nights, weekends, or emergency work. You are expected to stand or walk for 8-12 hours per shift and bring your own steel-toe boots. Essential qualifications include a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 40–50 pounds, and willingness to work in traffic and variable weather. The role requires alertness around moving traffic, adherence to safety rules, and respectful interactions with colleagues and the public.
