Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to join a field team at various job sites. No experience or degree is required as training is provided. Duties include setting up cones and signs, guiding traffic, and maintaining equipment in safe condition.

The role is outdoors in all weather, may require nights/weekends, and includes paid training with safety certification. Benefits include on-demand pay, PTO, and advancement opportunities within the company.

Role Overview

As a Traffic Safety Protector, you will work with a team at various job sites to ensure safety and traffic control.

No prior experience or degree is required as comprehensive training is provided.

Your daily duties include setting up cones, signs, barricades, and traffic control equipment, guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles, and monitoring site activity.

You’ll follow all safety protocols learned during training, communicate effectively with your crew and supervisor, and help maintain vehicles and equipment in safe, clean condition.

This role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions, often standing or walking for extended periods, and may require working nights, weekends, or emergency shifts.

You will be supplied with safety gear, but must bring steel-toe boots.

Additional Information

• Compensation: $17.23-$18.07/hour, with overtime opportunities and pay increases within the first year.
• Paid training and traffic safety certification are included.
