Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Elizabeth City, NC, is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to join our on-site safety team. You will set up cones, signs, barricades, and traffic control devices, and direct traffic with stop/slow paddles. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided.

You will work outdoors year-round in various weather conditions, collaborating with teammates and supervisors to ensure safety. Competitive pay with overtime and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outside for extended periods.
• Capability to lift 40–50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic and diverse weather conditions.
• Flexibility and punctuality for shifts.

• Alertness around moving traffic and respectful interaction with others.
