Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Boardman Township, OH is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to join our field team. No prior experience or degree is required, as comprehensive training is provided to get you started. You will set up cones, signs, barricades, and guide traffic with a stop/slow paddle while following safety protocols.

Outdoor work with flexible shifts may include nights, weekends, or emergency hours. We offer paid training, overtime, and opportunities for promotion to senior or lead roles,

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40-50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic and diverse weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude.
• Pass pre-employment screening, including drug testing.

• Adhering to all safety protocols learned during training

• Maintaining safety and cleanliness of vehicles and equipment
• Working outdoors in various weather conditions, with flexible shifts possibly including nights, weekends, or emergency work

Compensation and growth:

Hourly pay ranges from $17.65 to $19.50, with overtime, pay increases, paid training, and opportunities for promotion to senior, lead, field supervisor, or managerial roles. Benefits include on-demand pay, PTO, referral bonuses, and more for eligible employees.
