Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to support field operations across job sites. No prior experience or degree is required; comprehensive training and safety come first to ensure everyone stays safe.

You will set up cones, signs, barricades, and traffic controls, guide vehicles with stop/slow paddles, and monitor site activity while staying vigilant outdoors in all weather and shifting hours.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand, walk and perform physical tasks including lifting 40–50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule and punctuality.
• Willingness to work in traffic and changing weather conditions.
• Passing pre-hire screening and drug tests.
• Alertness around traffic and respectful interaction with others.
