Coastal Elite Pro is hiring a Traffic Safety Protector to work with a crew at various job sites, ensuring safe traffic control. No prior experience required; comprehensive training is provided.

You will set up traffic control devices, guide vehicles, monitor site activity, and follow safety procedures. Outdoor role requiring weather endurance, with potential night/weekend shifts and safety gear provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to stand and walk outdoors for long periods.
• Able to lift 40–50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic and changing weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule and punctuality expected.
• Must pass pre-hire screening including drug test.

Role Overview

As a Traffic Safety Protector, you will work with a team at various job sites to ensure safety and traffic control.

No prior experience or degree is required as comprehensive training is provided.

Your main responsibilities include setting up cones, signs, barricades, and traffic control equipment, guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles, and monitoring site activity.

You will follow safety protocols, communicate effectively with crew and supervisors, and help maintain clean and safe vehicles and equipment.

This outdoor role requires working in all weather conditions, standing or walking for extended periods, and possibly working nights or weekends based on job needs.

You must wear provided safety gear and bring your own steel-toe boots.
