Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is hiring a Protector to manage traffic control at job sites. No prior experience or degree is required, as comprehensive training is provided to ensure safety.

As a Protector, you will set up cones, signs, and barricades, guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, and follow safety procedures learned during training. The role includes paid training, access to a traffic safety certification, and benefits with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40–50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic and adverse weather.
• Flexible schedule and punctuality.
• Ability to pass pre-hire screening including drug test.
• Alertness around moving traffic and respectful interaction with others.
