Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro seeks a Traffic Safety Protector to join a team across multiple job sites, setting up cones, signs, and barricades, and guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles. You will monitor site activity and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities include teamwork, proper communication with supervisors, and maintaining equipment in a safe, clean condition while working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to stand, walk, lift 40–50 pounds, and work outside for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in traffic and changing weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule and punctuality.
• Must pass pre-hire screening, including drug test.
• Alertness around moving traffic and respectful behavior toward coworkers and the public.

Role Overview

Additional Details

• Compensation ranges from $17.23 to $18.07 per hour with potential overtime and pay increases in the first year
