Job summary

American Flagging, part of the Helix Traffic Solutions network, is hiring a Traffic Control Apprentice to manage work-zone traffic and protect workers and the traveling public. This role is outdoor, fast-paced, and requires reliability and a safety-first mindset.

You will set up and monitor traffic control devices, coordinate with team members, and follow all safety protocols. A high school diploma is preferred, and a drug screen is required; transportation and a valid license are also needed.

Responsibilities

• Control vehicle and pedestrian traffic around work zones using signs, paddles, or flags.
