The position involves setting up and removing traffic control devices, communicating with drivers, and working outdoors in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Capable of standing for 8+ hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Control vehicle and pedestrian traffic around work zones.
• Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices per regulations.
• Communicate with drivers to guide safe traffic flow.
• Monitor activity and flag hazards to prevent incidents.
• Coordinate with supervisors using radios or signals.
• Wear PPE and follow safety protocols at all times.
• Assist with loading/unloading traffic control equipment.
