We seek an Administrative Assistant, Traffic Support to provide essential support across Traffic activities, calendar management, onboarding, and parking operations in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and internal systems
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of administrative, customer service or parking-related experience preferred
• Experience in parking industry is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
• Ability to move around the arena for long periods
• Position largely indoors; minimal exposure to weather
• Sedentary work with light physical effort
• Good phone/email/in-person communication
• English literacy required

Responsibilities

• Support uniform ordering and distribution
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and notes/recaps
• Assist with onboarding activities including garage access credentials
• Support monthly parking operations with records and invoices
• Maintain confidential records and information
• Other duties as assigned
