Job summary

LyondellBasell seeks a Transformational Change Analyst to support technology adoption across IST&O projects, focusing on change management for systems and processes. You will handle stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, readiness tracking, and post-go-live reinforcement.

The role emphasizes collaboration with managers, business leads, and SMEs to drive adoption, with a strong emphasis on delivery and user readiness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–5 years of change management experience.
• Must have Trading experience.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training coordination, readiness tracking, and go-live support.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute change plans and activities under the Change Manager or Lead.
• Support deployment readiness, go-live, stabilization, and adoption reinforcement.
• Maintain change deliverable trackers and logs.
• Identify adoption risks and escalate appropriately.
• Coordinate with project managers, business leads, product owners, and SMEs.
