Qualifications

• Ability to operate independently while partnering across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead end-to-end change strategies for complex Technology initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption planning.
• Partner with HR and Corporate Communications to ensure aligned messaging and a consistent employee experience.
• Establish and track metrics and feedback loops to measure adoption and business outcomes.
• Coach leaders and managers on change practices to support teams through change.
• Embed repeatable frameworks, toolkits, and governance practices for scalable delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of change management approaches aligned to evolving Technology ways of working.
