Job summary

ALSAC is seeking an Analyst – Change Enablement to lead adoption efforts for enterprise technology initiatives. You will liaise between business teams and ITS, assess change readiness, gather stakeholder feedback, and develop communications and training to drive user adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Education, Information Systems, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in change enablement, change management, organizational development, training, business analysis, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations and organizational change initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of change enablement strategies and plans for enterprise technology implementations and enhancements.
• Partner with Product Teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and ITS teams to support successful technology adoption and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, assess readiness, identify change impacts, and support mitigation planning for technology-related changes.
• Gather and analyze feedback from end users and stakeholders to improve adoption and outcomes.
• Design, develop, and maintain training materials, digital learning resources, job aids, communications, knowledge articles, and other change support resources.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations for new and existing technologies.
• Create and execute communication plans that build awareness, understanding, and engagement throughout the change lifecycle.
• Monitor adoption metrics, training effectiveness, and user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
