Job summary

AZAD Technology Partners seeks a Technical Business Analyst to advise on and execute change management for new IT system implementations within the IT PMO. The role ensures transitions align with facility goals and deliver a positive, user-focused experience.

The change manager will develop, recommend, and implement change strategies, communicating benefits and engaging stakeholders to build organization-wide support for a successful rollout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in business administration, organizational development, information systems, or a related field preferred.
• 7 years of experience required with applicable bachelor's degree.
• 9 years of experience required with applicable associate degree.
• 11 years of experience required without a degree or applicable degree.
• Minimum of 5 years in organizational change management or a related field, with proven experience managing change during system implementations.
• Background in a corporate, technology, or project-driven environment, with experience leading large-scale, complex change initiatives.
• Change Management Frameworks: knowledge of Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, or similar.
• Project Management: strong PM skills; familiarity with Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: interpret and utilize data to assess change progress.
• Technology Familiarity: IT system concepts and impact on business processes.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License or RealID is required.
• Certifications in change management (e.g., CCMP, Prosci) preferred.
• System Implementation Experience: ERP, CRM, or other enterprise platforms.
• Advanced Communication Skills for stakeholder management.
