Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Junior Training and Transformation Business Analyst to evaluate transformation initiatives through surveys, stakeholder feedback, and data analysis. You will support organizational change management (OCM) and communications, develop training materials, and drive user adoption to enable successful organizational, process, and technology changes.

Collaborate with project teams to define success metrics, design post-launch surveys, gather data, and create dashboards and reports

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required in business, communications, organizational development, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in change management, communications, or training.
• Experience designing surveys, analyzing data, and reporting outcomes.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, and developing training material.
• Knowledge of OCM methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
• Proficiency with reporting and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Measuring success and evaluating results; define metrics and create post-launch surveys.
• Synthesize stakeholder feedback, adoption data, and project metrics.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, reports, and compelling success stories communicating progress.
• Support OCM and stakeholder communications; prepare targeted communications and enablement materials.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions; drive adoption.
• Apply OCM methodologies and contribute to standard templates and processes.
• Create training materials, job aids, user guides, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with SMEs and project teams to ensure training content accuracy and relevance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials as needed.
