Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Change Adoption Lead to drive sustainable technology and process change across enterprise transformation initiatives. You will embed change management into project delivery, partner with sponsors, enablement teams, and client stakeholders to ensure adoption translates into measurable business outcomes.

The role requires strong change management credentials, client-facing consulting experience, and a track record of building sponsor relationships and guiding organizations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred for advanced roles.
• 7+ years delivering organizational change management on enterprise technology projects.
• Experience applying structured change methodologies in client-facing settings.
• Proven ability to establish sponsor relationships, manage resistance, and drive adoption outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead change adoption across large transformation programs within TEKsystems' adoption framework.
• Build sponsor networks, manage stakeholder resistance, and align change with project delivery schedules.
• Apply adoption strategies to influence behavior, create coalitions, and move stakeholders to adoption.
• Embed change management into project plans with measurable business outcomes, not as a side activity.
• Co-facilitate design workshops and contribute to change strategy documents and roadmaps.
