Job summary

DRW's Global Trade Support team provides mission critical support for our trading systems and back-office platforms. This role covers production support, deployment, configuration, and monitoring across a multi-platform environment (primarily Linux with some Windows), supporting global trading groups.

You'll collaborate with traders, DBAs, developers, and operations to ensure system availability, automate configuration and rollout, and participate in 24x7 coverage.

Qualifications

Superior troubleshooting skills and rapid issue navigation.
Experience supporting high-performance applications and monitoring.
Experience supporting equities/equity options trading.
Familiarity with FIX protocol and exchange protocols.
SQL experience and scripting ability.

Responsibilities

Provide production support for trading systems and multi-platform environments.
Develop automation and monitoring tools; minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot production incidents and coordinate with teams across locations.
Maintain system availability and assist with change management.
Collaborate with traders, DBAs, developers, and operations globally.
