Job summary

Qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
- Experience supporting high‑performance trading systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills.
- Familiarity with equities/equity options trading and FIX protocol.
Responsibilities
- Establish best‑in‑class production support and proactive monitoring.
- Ensure maximum trading system availability across asset classes.
- Develop proprietary automation and leverage third‑party tools.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and automate configuration and rollout.
- Support market connectivity and exchange relationships.
- Collaborate with traders, DBAs, developers, and global teams.
- Create documentation for procedures and architectures.
- Coordinate with global support teams for 24x7 continuity.
