You will work directly with traders and developers to monitor production, diagnose issues, and manage incidents so our systems stay market-ready every day.

The role welcomes applicants with diverse technical backgrounds, values proactive problem-solving, and emphasizes documentation in JIRA and wiki.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in a technical role.
• Experience with system monitoring tools and techniques.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Interest in trading concepts, financial instruments, and market data feeds.
• Ability to document support processes and incidents.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production and diagnose issues in the trading platform.
• Manage incidents and ensure system readiness for market hours.
