Qualifications
- Substantial professional software development experience across requirements, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
- Strong instincts for abstraction, maintainability, testability, observability, and reliability.
- Experience in real-time, high-throughput software for electronic trading or performance-sensitive environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design discussions and make architectural decisions to improve engineering standards.
- Mentor other developers and drive improvements across the team.
- Own and ship features from design through production operation with measurable impact.
