Job summary

Group One Trading in New York is seeking a full-time Trade Support Associate to work with traders and support teams. You will monitor real-time trading issues, ensure accuracy, and maintain clear communication across departments.

Qualifications

• A college or university degree and/or 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to learn in-depth knowledge of proprietary support tools and trading software.
• Client service experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Self-driven and proactive seeking help when needed.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Ability to mentor interns and foster teamwork.
• Monitor lifecycle of equity and options trades from execution through settlement.
• Previous financial or options industry experience is a plus.
• Verify trade accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Support traders with allocations, corrections, and positions.
• Daily P&L and position reconciliations.
• Escalate production issues affecting trading systems.
• Collaborate with technology teams to troubleshoot platforms.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes.
• Willingness to obtain certifications.

Responsibilities
