Job summary

Phaxis is seeking a trading application support professional with 2+ years of experience to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain front-office trading systems in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with traders, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure platform stability and performance.

Responsibilities include assisting with enhancements and internal tool development, with opportunities to expand coding skills. Strong SQL and FIX protocol familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of trading application support experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Basic programming experience (preferred).
• Experience supporting front-office trading applications and resolving production issues in a fast-paced financial environment.
