You will mentor local market teams on end-user development and purchasing workflows, with a focus on delivering growth.

Collaborate with Channel Marketing, maintain Salesforce CRM, and implement marketing initiatives while hitting targets and delivering value to customers and the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business-related fields.
• 3+ years in Sales or Marketing for construction supplies with proven results.
• Experience selling to C-Suite and jobsite directors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve top-line sales targets through selling multiple brands to end-user customers.
• Establish and maintain relationships with end-user partners and manage contracts.
• Teach and mentor local market teams on end-user development and purchasing processes.
• Partner with Channel Marketing to implement and coordinate marketing initiatives.
• Maintain Salesforce.com CRM and communicate progress to improve processes.
