Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Trades Specialist to drive field sales in the Orlando, FL territory.

You will build and maintain relationships with end-user partners, execute strategic selling of DEWALT and related brands, and mentor local teams on end-user development and purchasing processes. The role requires 3+ years in construction sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or marketing experience in construction supplies with a proven track record delivering results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem‑solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve top-line sales targets based on division and local market goals & objectives.
• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with end-user partners and manage user contracts.
• Teach and mentor local market teams on end-user development and purchasing processes.
• Partner with Channel Marketing to implement marketing initiatives.
• Maintain and use Salesforce.com as a CRM and planning tool.
• Communicate successes and failures to drive future efficiency and opportunities.
