Job summary

bp is seeking a mid-level professional with 5+ years’ experience to support trader voice technologies and recordings on Windows 11. You will manage dealer boards, mobile devices, and telephony platforms, ensuring compliance with retention and legal holds and collaborating across ST&S TVOC teams.

The role covers cloud and on-premise tech including Teams Voice Recording, SIP, SBCs, and AI-assisted tools, with strong emphasis on collaboration, documentation, and incident management in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Experienced operational technician with confidence and communication skills to interface with traders for issue resolution.
• Deliver and maintain high quality business-as-usual support for client-side technologies including voice recording platforms.
• Adhere to ST&S Control Standards focusing on recording and communication policies.
• Maintain ITIL/Support processes and continuous improvement.
• Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, change, configuration and release management; resolve Major/Minor incidents within SLAs.
• Knowledge of trader voice systems architecture, applications, and operations including devices, apps, backend, networking, recording, archiving.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and deployment of solutions.
• Identify network system issues, troubleshoot and provide solutions.
• Provide preventive measures to ensure up-time and performance.
• Perform complex problem isolation within Telecommunications Infrastructure.
• Create and contribute to technical documentation.
• On-call rotation/After Hours support.
• Maintain all required training and compliance.
