Job summary

bp is seeking a mid-level technical candidate to support trader voice technologies and voice recording platforms across Windows 11, cloud services, and AI-enabled tools. You will work independently and with teams in a fast-paced trading environment, ensuring uptime, compliance, and effective collaboration with traders.

Responsibilities include deployment support, issue identification, and documentation, with on-call after hours duties and adherence to recording standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience interfacing with traders to resolve issues.
• Deliver and maintain high quality business-as-usual support for voice recording platforms.
• Adhere to ST&S Control Standards with focus on recording policies.
• Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, change, configuration, and release management.
• Knowledge of trader voice systems architecture, applications, and operations.
• Experience with AI under Microsoft CoPilot models and agents.
• Strong communication, ability to lead and collaborate in a fast-paced trading environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the development and deployment of solutions.
• Identify network system issues, troubleshoot, and provide solutions.
• Provide preventative measures to ensure up-time and optimal performance.
• Perform complex problem isolation within the Telecommunications Infrastructure and Networks.
• Creates and contributes on technical documentation.
• On-call rotation/After Hours support is required.
• Maintain all required technical, business, compliance and safety training courses.
