Job Overview

The Trade Floor Voice BAU SME: Real Time Comms (RTC) is responsible for the end-to-end design, engineering, support, operational management, and commercial management of all Trade Floor Infrastructure within the region for HSBC. This includes trade voice turret, private wire and related services, media and call recording services related to the trade floor infrastructure.

Role Objectives

The goal is to ensure HSBC’s lines of business have highly stable, cost-effective, and functional trade floor infrastructure. Responsibilities include vendor oversight, service management reviews, implementing engineering practices, supporting infrastructures 24/7, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring compliance and regulatory audits are completed properly.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage all technologies with a focus on Dealerboards.
2. Identify, resolve, and prevent issues, managing expectations across multiple businesses.
3. Build strong relationships with the business, adopting a collaborative approach to implement changes efficiently.
4. Ensure compliance and quality standards are embedded within the team, including training and certification.
5. Drive transformational change by setting priorities and monitoring progress.
6. Maintain a customer-centric approach and adhere to internal controls and policies.

Compensation

HSBC offers a pay range between $103,300.00 and $155,000.00, with final offers depending on experience, skills, and location.

Qualifications

1. Experience with technologies focusing on Dealerboards.
2. Ability to resolve issues promptly and manage multiple stakeholders.
3. Professional handling of compliance, legal, and business requests.
4. Experience in IT service management including change, infrastructure, and software management.
5. Effective communication with third-party providers.
6. Support for Trade Floor Voice technologies, including weekend support.
7. Collaborative approach with global teams for continuous improvement.
