Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP seeks a Trademark/Copyright Litigation Associate with 3–7 years of experience, preferably in Nashville but open to other offices or the firm’s virtual office. Trademark litigation and TTAB experience are required.

The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit. The associate will handle a broad range of trademark and copyright matters including TTAB proceedings, domain-name disputes under the UDRP, anti-counterfeiting

Qualifications

• Experience in trademark and copyright litigation and related proceedings.
• Demonstrated record of handling multiple matters with strong judgment under pressure.
• Active bar license in the relevant state or commitment to obtain it promptly.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of trademark and copyright matters including domestic and international portfolios.
• Assist with TTAB proceedings and UDRP domain-name disputes.
• Draft and respond to demand letters; provide litigation support and licensing/technology agreement work.
