Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Trademark/Copyright Associate with three to seven years of experience. The Nashville office is preferred, but other offices or the virtual office are possible.

The role involves trademark litigation/TTAB experience and work with the Financial Services & Capital Markets group. The ideal candidate will contribute to a broad range of trademark and copyright matters, including large portfolios, TTAB proceedings, UDRP disputes, and licensing.

Qualifications

• Excellent academic credentials.
• Active bar license in the state corresponding with the applying office or commit to obtain one.
• Proactive, dynamic and entrepreneurial with diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Responsibilities

• Work on a broad range of trademark and copyright matters.
• Manage large domestic and international trademark portfolios and related disputes.
• Assist with TTAB proceedings and UDRP/domain-name matters.
• Support anticounterfeiting enforcement and respond to demand letters.
• Assist with licensing and technology agreement work; provide litigation support as needed.
