Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Trademark/Copyright Associate with three to seven years of experience. Nashville is preferred, but positions may be considered for other offices including the virtual office, The Link.

The role focuses on trademark litigation, TTAB proceedings, UDRP disputes, and related copyright work across domestic and international portfolios. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, superior interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects

Qualifications

• Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office or ability to obtain one ASAP.
• 3–7 years of trademark and copyright experience.
• Experience in TTAB proceedings and UDRP domain-name disputes is preferred.
• Strong academic credentials and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of trademark and copyright matters, including large domestic and international portfolios.
• Represent clients in TTAB proceedings and related disputes.
• Assist with copyright registrations, licensing, and technology agreements.
