Job summary

TTAB experience is required, with a focus on trademark litigation, disputes, domain-name issues, anticounterfeiting, and licensing matters. The successful candidate will handle a broad range of trademark and copyright matters, coordinate with the Financial Services & Capital

Qualifications

• Three to seven years of trademark/copyright experience preferred.
• TTAB experience is a threshold requirement.
• Active bar license in the applicable state or commitment to obtain.
• Experience with TTAB proceedings, licensing, and technology agreements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of trademark and copyright matters, including domestic and international portfolios.
• Work on TTAB proceedings, disputes, UDRP domain-name issues, and anticounterfeiting enforcement.
• Draft and respond to demand letters; provide litigation support; assist with copyright registration and licensing work.
• Support technology agreements and related licensing matters for clients.
