Qualifications

• Three to seven years of trademark/copyright experience.
• TTAB experience is a threshold requirement.
• Active bar license in the applying state or commitment to obtain one soon.
• Strong academic credentials and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of trademark and copyright matters, including TTAB proceedings and domain disputes.
• Draft and respond to demand letters and provide litigation support.
• Assist with trademark portfolio management and licensing/technology agreements.
• Collaborate with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets practice group.
