Qualifications

• Three to seven years of experience preferred.
• Active bar license in the applicable state or commitment to obtain it quickly.
• Experience in trademark litigation/TTAB and copyright matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of trademark and copyright matters, including large domestic and international portfolios.
• Participate in TTAB proceedings, UDRP matters, anticounterfeiting enforcement, and drafting/responding to demand letters.
• Support licensing, technology agreements, and related IP work for the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit.
