Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or related experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, event support, shipping/receiving, customer service, or a related role preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously from different stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and consistently meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other relevant business systems; experience with Metastorm preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, pack, and organize product/materials as required by the role.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends based on event and meeting support needs.

Responsibilities

• Support trade show and event activity by fulfilling less-than-case-pack product requests, including organizing, picking, packing, preparing, and shipping materials.
• Provide on-call support to the Trade Show team during events, as needed.
• Fulfill sales team requests for less-than-case-pack product for line reviews, customer meetings, and related needs.
• Assist product managers and engineers with product requests for review, evaluation, and testing.
• Assist with donations for corporate and charity events, including ordering, packing, shipping, and local delivery when required.
• Support ad hoc requests from Sales, Marketing, Leadership, etc.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the War Room and related storage or staging areas.
