Stanley Black & Decker in Valley City, OH is seeking a Trades Show Coordinator for onsite support. You will handle product requests, packing, shipping, and event logistics, coordinating with sales, product teams, and leadership while maintaining organized spaces and meeting urgent timelines.

The role requires strong organization, communication, and multitasking abilities, with occasional evenings/weekends and a willingness to work in a fast-paced event environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or related experience preferred.
• 2+ years in operations, logistics, event support, shipping/receiving, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments from different stakeholders and meet deadlines.
• Professional, customer-focused communication and independent work style.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook; experience with Metastorm is a plus.
• Able to lift, move, pack and organize product/materials as needed; occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsabilités

• Support trade show and event activity by fulfilling product requests and shipping materials.
• Provide on-call support to the Trade Show team during events.
• Fulfill sales requests for product for line reviews and meetings.
• Assist product managers and engineers with product requests for review and testing.
• Assist with donations for corporate and charity events, including logistics.
• Support ad hoc requests from Sales, Marketing, Leadership, etc.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in War Room and storage areas.
