Job summary

ViewSonic Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented Trade Show Warehouse Coordinator to oversee the logistics of our trade show materials and equipment. You will manage inventory, coordinate shipping, and support booth setup across events, reporting to the Senior Manager, Trade Show & Events.

This in-office role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with Word/Excel, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Some weekend work and travel to events are expected (15–30%).

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse management or logistics, preferably with trade show materials.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform setup/teardown tasks.
• Flexibility to travel 15-30% and work occasional weekends.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage organization and inventory of trade show materials and booth props.
• Oversee receipt, storage, and distribution of products for shows.
• Coordinate with vendors for booth setup, transport, and teardown.
• Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate records.
• Support logistics with third-party providers and shipping activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized warehouse and track vehicle maintenance.
