Qualifications

• 2 years experience in office setting.
• 2 years of Marketing or Event industry related experience preferred.
• Requires lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling heavy boxes of 50 to 75 pounds.
• Extreme attention to detailed organization and follow-through is required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistics for assigned tradeshows, including packing and shipping.
• Maintain a well-stocked inventory of field marketing supplies.
• Manage department credit card and submit expense reports.
• Manage logistics for virtual events and ensure smooth execution.
