Elevance Health seeks a Trade Director CarelonRx to lead relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, drive new distribution opportunities and promote services. The role emphasizes building networks for new limited distribution drugs and aligning across program management, contracting, and cross-functional teams.

Requires a BA/BS and 3+ years in sales/pharma, with 5–7 years in specialty pharma or related fields.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree plus minimum 3 years in sales or pharma industry experience.
• 5–7 years in progressive specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical manufacturing, trade, account management, sales or business development.
• Experience engaging with pharmaceutical manufacturers and manufacturer partnerships.
• Strong presentation, outreach and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Trade representation and senior leadership for alignment with Program Management.
• Meet with clients regularly to gather feedback and develop opportunities with other lines of business.
• Oversee contract opportunities and coordinate with the Governance and Contracting teams for execution.
• Maintain industry knowledge to stay competitive and oversee fee-for-service opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement programs and align with opportunities.
• Contribute to department policies and ensure compliance by associates.
• Travel to customer sites or other offsite locations as needed.
