Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Trade Director for CarelonRx. The role requires in-office collaboration three days a week, with flexibility for a productive hybrid setup. Alternate locations may be considered for candidates within commuting distance of an office.

The position leads client engagement, program alignment, and contract governance across pharmaceutical opportunities, focusing on strategy and partnerships with manufacturers and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required with relevant background.
• Minimum 3 years of sales and purchasing experience.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team alignment for accounts with Trade representation and coordinate with Senior leadership for Program Management alignment.
• Meet regularly with clients to gather feedback, identify opportunities, and collaborate with other lines to address program gaps.
• Manage objectives to ensure continuity and coordinate with the Governance Committee for contract execution.
• Oversee FFS and contract opportunities; stay informed on industry trends to remain competitive.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement programs and align with pharma opportunities.
• Assist in developing and implementing department policies and procedures; ensure compliance.
