Longitude Rx, an early-stage specialty pharmacy innovator in the United States, seeks a Director of Trade Relations to build access to limited-distribution drugs and negotiate strategic agreements with manufacturers and distributors.

The role requires 7–10 years in market access or specialty pharmacy, with strong negotiation, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Travel will be required to engage industry partners and attend conferences.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in market access, payer strategy, or specialty pharmacy.
• Start-up, healthcare technology, or specialty pharmacy experience highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute strategies to expand specialty medication access, particularly LDDs.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
• Negotiate distribution, access, and service agreements that support growth and sustainability.
• Secure access to LDD networks and expand manufacturer partnerships.
• Monitor industry trends, distribution strategies, and market developments for growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams on contracting, reimbursement, and patient access initiatives.
• Identify and address barriers to medication access and distribution.
• Support integration of manufacturer patient support programs into Longitude Rx’s operations.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify new business opportunities and expand specialty pharmacy capabilities.
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Clinical Services, and Business Development to execute strategic initiatives.
• Represent Longitude Rx at industry conferences, manufacturer meetings, and trade relations forums.
• Track and communicate progress against trade relations objectives and partnership initiatives.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the Company’s business objectives.
