Job summary

Livingston is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to ensure accurate, timely customs transactions through post-entry activities, audits, and ongoing regulatory support.

You will work with Operations, Compliance, and Post Entry to identify risks, resolve discrepancies, and drive continuous improvement in entry quality and processes. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience in customs brokerage or trade compliance.
• Experience with post-entry operations and regulatory reviews.
• Knowledge of tariff classification, country of origin, and trade programs.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit customs entries for compliance with regulations and client requirements.
• Process post-entry corrections, amendments, refunds, and regulatory filings.
• Analyze valuation, origin, FTAs, and PGA requirements for entries.
• Investigate discrepancies, resolve issues, and support audits.
• Review invoices, documents, and records for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with process improvements and system enhancements.
